Functional Requirement

The machine is required to mechanically scrub the inside, outside surface of standard 40 lit milk
Design parameter
Immersion type bath with nylon brushes
Manual loading & unloading of can
Holding capacity of the trough - 425 lit

Construction:

Trough - The trough shall be fabricated from 2.0 mm thick ss conforming to AISI 304.
Legs - Four legs with ss ball feet
Nylon brushes – Shall be of good quality and capable of cleaning all inner & outer surface within a
few rotations
Fittings - Overflow & drain
Drive - The drive shall be complete with 1.0 hp electric motor, gear box, chain, sprocket, bearing,
coupling etc.
Covers - Removable type cover for the drive assy.
